1. Go to “My Account” and click on your senior
2. Click “Edit Senior”
3. Scroll down and change the number of Check-Ins for the following month, or select “Cancel”
*If Penrose does not have a Provider with availability in your Senior’s zip code, you are put on a Waitlist. Penrose immediately works to fill your need for a Provider and will contact you.
